Can I choose the regions I cover?
Yes. During sign-up, you specify your coverage area, service types, and turnaround times. You’ll only receive requests within your selected parameters.
How do I receive payment?
You invoice the client directly, just as you normally would. We facilitate the referral and document exchange—you handle the service and billing.
Is this just for Ontario appraisers?
We currently operate primarily in Ontario but are expanding across Canada. If you’re in another province, you can still sign up and get listed as we grow our footprint.
