The LP primarily funds residential 1st, 2nd, and 3rd mortgages, HELOCs,  Home Equity Loans use to refinance loans across urban and suburban regions in Canada. All loans are secured by real estate with conservative LTVs.

You’ll receive access to an investor portal where you can view real-time deal flow, portfolio summaries, repayment performance, and quarterly reporting.

Yes. All mortgages are secured against Canadian residential property and registered on title. The LP has full recourse in the event of default.

Returns are paid monthly, with detailed breakdowns provided in your LP statement. Our target yield is 9%+ annually, with bonus structures available depending on performance.

Our current minimum is $100,000, though amounts may vary depending on the investor class and fund structure. Accredited investor status may be required.

The LP is managed by Greenlight Capital Canada LP Inc, who are experienced mortgage professionals, licensed brokers, and underwriters. All loans are originated and administered through the goGreenlightLoans platform, ensuring full oversight.

Yes. The LP is offered in accordance with Canadian securities exemptions and mortgage investment regulations. We operate under licensed mortgage brokerages  and licensed mortgage administration companies and structures and follow all applicable compliance standards.
